There are pre defined service levels from query to execution for each of the activity in the life cycle of execution so all your requirements are addressed.
We also provide continuous support during the travel for additional requirements and to address specific queries.

If standard packages do not meet your requirement, TourGenius can arrange for tailor-made packages to suit your requirement and match your specific interests. The packages can be tailor-made to cover specific locations, activities and variations in transport arrangement. You are assured for committed response and adherence to the requirements for the package.
We also provide continuous support during the travel for additional requirements and to address queries.

Approach to meeting your requirements
We follow a four step process to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes
Requirement gathering: Detailed levels of requirements are collected from you. This includes the proposed date of travel, number of travellers, class of hotel/properties and transportation requirement, meal plan, specific additional requirements etc. We use checklists for ensuring that all the requirements are completely captured. We also provide value during the requirement phase by suggesting various options based on previous customer experiences.
Designing and confirmation: Based on the requirements, our Champions get in touch with hotels and properties, transportation agencies and other parties to design the specific package to suit your requirements. The package is reviewed internally by experts and will be referred to you for any suitable modification and final confirmations. The process is follow till all the requirements are met and you are satisfied with the package.
Execution: The package or itinerary is executed as per the plan. If needed our representative will be there to oversee the requirement and to ensure that everything goes smoothly during the execution phase. You will be provided a single point of contact to support and address any specific queries that you have.
Wrap up: Feedback is collected from you and lessons learned if any are documented to ensure continuous improvement of service. Feedback if any are suitably addressed during the wrap up to ensure that all loose ends are met.
